Bought a Sony Walkman and a Sony Micro Hi FI (CMT-BX70DBi) which allows iPod docking, but not its own walkman? Is their an adapter I can buy or is the Walkman going back to Sony?

My son received a Sony MP3 Walkman for Christmas and also received a docking station for an IPod. Is there an adapter made for this problem?

No. The "docking station" may have a auxiliary line input which you could plug a 3.5mm headphone jack into if you are looking for the speaker functionality but you will not be able to dock it.

hi there, I'm not sound expert, but if you want really good sound, look for something within the $200 - $500 range. And try to look for a trusted brand if you can. And if you would like even better sound, try tinkering with the sound settings in the control panel of your new player.
