Riso 3770 error code T3

A T3 error code is indication of some kind of problem associated with the clamping mechanism. Most of the time, what happens is that there is a magnet attached to a flag on the rear side of the drum and it has fallen out of place. If you can find the magnet, reattach it with a strong adhesive.
Check for smooth operation of the clamp by hand as well and lubricate if necessary.

Paper not feeding. The drum is spinning LCD screen read idling

If your Riso is idling it is probably due to it trying to get ink into the drum.
Let it finish the idling may take 3 to 5 min, then make sure there is ink up to the spout of ink tube or replace ink tube.

If you press the astrex button it can give code which you can look up in the book.please tell us the model of riso.
