Question about Philips GoGear SA5285/37 Digital Media Player
Okay, so i was trying to listen to my mp3 and then an error window popped up and it says "Non-Supported Format Detected. Use the Philips Media Converter to convert files to the device." But Now its FROZEN and i cant get it off this screen & it wont turn off. The model type is Philips GoGear 8GB, can anyone help me?
Reset the player by inserting a paerlcip into the reset hole. If that fails, go to Philips' website and upgrade the firmware on your player to solve the freezing issue permanently. Actually, don't go to Philips website - run the Philips Device Manager and select Update. If the device manager won't recognize the player, unplug the GoGear, hold in either the shuffle button or volume + and reconnect it to the computer until a Found New Hardware Wizard window pops up. Once all this is done, use the Philips Media converter to convert all your video files from now on.
