Question about Canon PowerShot A80 Digital Camera
My canera has just been repiared at an authorised dealer as oit wass dropped whilst on holiday. since this i have noticed that there are llines across pictures and if you touch the lcd screen on rear of camera lines go across it and it flashes as if a connection is being broken. any help please ?
The LCD screen's connection to the circuit board is not seated properly, or the LCD screen itself is defective. You are correct in that when you touch the screen you are affecting a bad connection. You should take the item back to the place that repaired it, or find another service center if they will not fix the problem for free. This is either a problem with their workmanship or with the LCD they installed.
