Hi and welcome to FixYa,

As far as remember, there are 2 - 4 screws at the back of the cash registrar.
Remove the power cord from the wall outlet.
Remove the screws.
Lift the top gently from the back up.
Pull the plug to the top display (remember where its situated :-)).
at the back, near the power cord is a power supply, in there is a glass fuse (there might be 2, but you can see which one is blown), - that’s the one you need to replace....

Regards
/Teis -> don’t forget to vote, ex. “FixYa”, thank you.

There is nothing else I can do for you, I´m afraid; you need to get the specialist to have a look at it.

It could be anything from another fuse I don’t know about to an IC.

    Sorry

    /Teis

Thanks for voting, but it would have been better with "helpful" :-)

My cash register keeps deducting 2 cents with every sale , what do I do to fix it ?

You've accidentally reprogrammed the cash button when price changing.
Turn key to program position. Press 0 then cash then subtotal. Turn key to REG mode and see if it works.

My towa ax100 cash register get error E3

This means you have not finished a transaction. It normally happens when you try to turn the key before you finish. Try turning the key back to where it last was and finish what you started in that mode before turning the key to another mode.
