Hey...in k810i,a video can be played(viewed) from two locations. One is through the file manager>Videos. You cannot forward or rewind when you open the video file through this method. Alternatively, you can open the same video file through Entertainment>Video Player. You CAN forward or rewind using this method by holding the joystick towards right for forward and holding the joystick towards left for rewind......

Cheapo MP3 play with rewind and fast forward Tablets and e-Readers. ... can anyone recommend a cheap MP3 player that will allow you to fast forward, ... the yepp yp55 t had a wonderful "scroll through" function that took ...
Cheap cassette players have no rewind feature. This allows the mechanism to be simpler and cheaper; they just 'pull' the tape forward constantly, without the pinch wheel for "fast" [sic] and with the pinch wheel for "play".
To work out if this is the problem with your cassette player, look inside with no cassette inserted. If one of the spindles is plain, without the "three-pronged" device to engage with the spool, then you have the cheap device with no rewind. Turn the tape over, and fast-forward.
there's no function for this on mp3 players.if you know you're going to want to do this frequently when you're reading the book it would be better to download it in chapters and then you could at least jump from one chapter to another without listening to the whole thing each time. You could record chapters or the whole thing onto Audacity ( A free sound recording program) and break it up into smaller sections. This is a lot of messing about and you'd probably be better off trying to find the book as an ebook and just search out the relevant bit that you'd missed and read it instead.
I think it would be a great step forward if mp3 players were able to do this. The only equipment I know of that can do this(other than a media player on a pc) is on some digital radios where you can pause and do a rewind to the bit you want but this is usually only over a short period (5 mins for example on the Roberts digital radio.
I have no Problem with mine. Just read the manual and play around with it. Mine fast forward and rewind @ 2x, 4x, 8x, 16x, and 32x time the speed. I have no problem putting in folders in the record folder with the manufactured software it cam with. I even can hold up to 12 movies on it. The Micro sd slot holds up to 8 gb making this mp4 player a 16 gb player. All I can say play around with it more. A problem is the touch screen can be too sensitive but that is a miner problem for me. I just softly touch the screen. It can pause and stop. Hold three second to make it stop. tap fast forward to go to the next videos or movie in folder. If hold for three second the fast forward or the rewind you get the time speeds each time you hold for three second. To me it is a Good Mp4 and Mp3 player for the price I paid. With the micro sd in it making it 16 gb, I can hold 12 movies, 8,000 songs, 700 pictures, and have 9 text in the ebook: This is what I have on Mine. Just learn more by playing around more with it.
Press rewind button or fast forward button in main menu to select Movie function and press play button to enter Movie play.
(1) This player supports the playing of movie files in SMV format. Convert the desiredmovie（MPG，AVI，WMV format） to SMV format with transcoder software（video2smv.exe）in the attached CD (if any) or save in the player or downloaded from Internet.
(2) Movie should be put in MVIDEO folder of the player. If there is not such folder, please create one. Please note that the player cannot find those movie files if theyare not put in MVIDEO folder of the player.
