My PC will not let me onto websites that require a link or password, I get error messages and cannot log onto the likes of facebook or hotmail. My laptop runs of a wireless connection from Sky and that is...

Sounds like you have a malicious file called "keylogger" on your PC. This file is capable of exploiting your passwords and usernames for it's creators benefit. I suggest getting a good spyware/adware removal program like spy hunter or xoftspy. If that doesn't work, contact me back and we'll work together to solve this issue.

I am having a problem with Adobe Reader 8.1.1. I am using Windows XP. Originally the program ran fine, but lately when I click on a link on a website that uses Adobe Reader I get a message that says...

do you the original installer of your adobe reader?

if you..when uninstalling adobe and the error occurs just browse for the .msi in your adobe installer and hit ok...

after it uninstall...download foxit reader and install it instead of the adobe reader....

hope this helps
