Did you try normal way of uninstalling the program from settings? presuming you did, so another way can be using any nice program like sktools, memaid. you can manually delete the program folder from program files of device or of memory card & remove registry entries further to wipe it completely. To remove program icons from windows folder.
open explorer>open windows folder>start menu>programs> Delete the .Ink file which you want to delete. Thats it. But make sure this last solution will only delete the link file & will not remove the program from the device. good luck

Skype is not designed for HTC TyTN II.
I have, however, forced installation for a newer model, and it succeeded, but is SLOW and I do not recommend it.

Check if you coincidently mute the phone. If its not the software then looks like the speaker is bad. Send your HTC TyTN II for repair to Dr. Cell Phone.

Hi you seem to either corrupted the storage card of the flash memory. In either case you have to remove the battery physically for 1 minute and try again.

TyTN II - Keep the phone screen alice during a call

Hi there,
Received the following reponse very promptly from HTC Support
---Quote---
This is actually a function of the phone and not a fault. It was designed so that when you were on a call and had the phone against your ear that you didn't accidently tap on the screen and open functions or end the call etc. If you wish to access the touchscreen while on the phone you can press the power button on the side of the phone to turn the screen back on. I have attached a 3rd Party Application that allows the screen to stay on while you are on a call. Follow the below steps to install the program. Attached is a patch for the TyTN II screen blackout issue.
This is not an official fix.
  1. Copy the KaiserTweak.zip folder to your pc's desktop.
  2. Connect you device to the pc via ActiveSync.
  3. Use the Explore function in Active Sync to copy the KaiserTweak.zip folder to the windows directory on your TYTN II.
  4. Disconnect your TYTN II from the pc.
  5. Open up file explorer on your TYTN II and go to the windows directory
  6. Unzip the folder to the windows directory on the TYTN II
  7. Run the Kaiser Tweak.exe to install the patch.
  8. Adopt the recommended configs, not the default.
  9. Soft reset the TYTN II by pressing the stylus into the little circle hole on the bottom of the handset.
If it doesn't work first time hard reset and try again. ---End Quote --- Thanks to the FixYa guys for thier intererst in this topic and problem Cheers Corpcc
