Question about Sub-Zero 632 / S
I have a subzero 623.
what can I do to troubleshoot this problem before calling for a repair service?
Call the factory at 800-222-7820. But first turn the unit off for ten seconds then turn back on. Now press the Ice on/off button and the word ice should leave the display. Press it again and the ice should reappear. We have reset the computor at this point. Let the unit run for three hours and check it. Normal harvest time is an hour and a half but we are giving it more time. There is more you can check if you are comfortable or call a tech out. Reply if you want to do more.
