This game can not be played on this laptop. The message suggests that your current graphics card does not support 3d rendering and shader graphics. Since graphics are integrated on a laptop, replacing the graphics card is not an option.

How to remove the Error E 001 for playing FIFA 11

This error is due to your graphic card not supporting the FIFA 11 game. This is a hardware issue you cannot remove the error of hardware compatibilities.

You have to get a better graphic card which support at least "shader mode 3". Most of the onboard graphics does not support this mode.

Hope it helps.

GAMES DONT RUN.ERROR COMES REGARDING ''GRAPHIC CARD NOT RECOGNIZED

The drivers for the integrated video controller is on the CD that came with the motherboard, but that is most likely not the problem. Most newer hi-res games require much more sophisticated graphic chips than are normally used on motherboards. It may require hardware support for shading and other calculation-intensive operations that would require an add-in video card designed specifically for those purposes. Many also require a minumum of 256MB (or more) of video memory. You should check the documentation that came with the game to find out exactly what its video requirements are.

If that isn't the case, report back with the exact error message you are getting.

Make sure you are running the latest supported hardware drivers for your video card. For Nvidia cards, visit www.nvidia.com. ATI at www.ati.com. or if a major manufacturer machine (not a generic CLONE), the mfg's support section will usually have drivers for your computer model.

Graphic card

Okay this is what you do
Start-->Run (Or search if vista)-->Dxdiag-->Video or Display tab

That should tell you what your card is and whether onboard or not

You may need to update the drivers, after you find out the type of card, go to the manufacturer's site, and get the updates

Nvidia: nvidia.com

Perpixel rendering related problem

The IGP in VIA/S3G UniChrome Pro IGP stands for Integrated Graphics Processor. The WindowBlinds error message indicates that onboard graphics tend not to support per pixel acceleration. There's your answer: your graphics cards do not support this kind of advanced processing; unfortunately a driver update isn't going to solve the problem, as it's hardware-related. You will need to upgrade to a more powerful card if you want to use the translucent borders.
