Motorola ROKR z6m Media Player Not Functional

I recently bought a motorola z6m cell phone with US Celleuar service on it i am completly happy with it except the media player will launch and the say "Loading" with a symbol moving showing it is working. it will never load and have tried letting it load for at least 8 hours which should be enough for a son (4mb) on a 512 flash card. it is not the card or the reader i think it is a software or setting issue sing i can play sounds in the media folder just not with the player.
i would really appreciate it if you could send me some of your opinions>

When Music Library is selected. It says refreshing your media list...please wait. It goes on and on at 0%. I can play the song from the file but not from the media player.

I have tried installing third party meida players but they are not allowed to access the restricted API.

    Solutions anyone.

Okay, now this goes for if you can't see your pictures as well.

You need to make sure that there are not files for each song. Go onto the memory card and if there are folders for each song, move the songs onto the card 1 by 1 and delete the folders. It seems as though the folders are tricking the phone and making it shut down. The phone cannot process that many folders.

Once this is accomplished, you should be able to opperate like it should be.

Folders are created when you sink your media player to the phone, don't do this!

Move the songs over 1 by 1 to the music folder preinstalled on the memory card once formatted by the phone.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I have a Motorola rokr dual band phone and I need to flash it to tri band. How do I do this?

If you have a Motorola ROKR Z6m (Slider) this phone's radio frequencies are factory pre-set to dual band (CDMA 850Mhz / 1900Mhz) . As such, there is no way to flash it to make this a tri-band phone.

If you are in the United States you only need a dual band phone as these two frequencies are the only ones used. The only time you would ever need the 900Mhz frequency is if you are traveling internationally. Otherwise, you would never use or need the 900Mhz frequency.

If you are planning to travel internationally, you would need to purchase a different phone.

When I turn on my Motorola Rocker Z6M it only shows a locked symbol

On the side of the phone there is a switch that locks the keypad. It must be in the down position when your phone is turned on, or it will stay locked. Hope this helps =)

Windows media player or winamp

The one that works in the computer no, but if you find a version that is java or is made for your motorola then yes.

Look around:
