Open back of camera pull lead of film out about three or four inches now place the canister of film in the proper slot now line strip of lead across path of camera lens untill it touches and goes over the little teeth now shut the camera door and the camera will start loading the film itself

Where can I get film for Minolta Vectis 300 camera online?

The Vectis 300 uses APS film, which is almost a dead thing. You can still find some here. If you need a manual, you may download a copy here.

I just bought a Minolta maxxum QTsi from a lady and it had no manual with it, I can't figure out how to load the film. Can you take me step by step on how to load the film and how the camera works when...

Hi, I've found the instruction manual online for you, http://www.mediacollege.com/equipment/manual/konica-minolta/camera/maxxum-qtsi.pdf that way you have it for future reference. For loading film you open up the back of the camera and make sure that the end of the roll of film is aligned with a red mark and then you close the back. For taking pictures you press the shutter button half way in order for it to focus, when the image you want is framed you press the shutter button the entire way and it'll take the photo.

I bought a minolta 35mm camera..i dont know how 2 use it....i can load the film but dont know how to program to take pic.

if you could reply with the exact model of the camera I may be able to find a user manual online
heres a link to the minolta manuals http://ca.konicaminolta.com/support/manuals/index.html
Once you have the film loaded - you then need to set the correct aperture and speed for the light available to correctly expose the film - There will be a number of options and methods to do that depending on the model .
You may also need to get a battery for the camera -

Used camera with no manual. cannot understand how to properly use the XG-7

My condolences on your loss. I hope you have fond memories of him every time you use the camera. The owner's manual can be downloaded at http://ca.konicaminolta.com/support/manuals/film-cameras/film_mf_slr/xg_7/xg_7_manual.pdf  It takes S-76 silver batteries which are pretty easy to find. Check Radio Shack or a similar store. You can use any MD mount lenses. Minolta's lens brand is Rokkor, but you may find others with a compatible mount too. Film loading, advance & rewind are manual. So is film speed setting. There's a semi-auto exposure mode "A" to help simplify shooting while you learn the rest. The manual is pretty good & has lots of pics of the various dials. Much easier reading than many current ones. Get a few rolls of cheap film & have fun!

ONline manual from Minolta says "winding motor problem", try removing battery and reinstalling. It didn't work for me though.

Quantaray QBX-8000xi owners manual

1. No.

Unfortunately not.

This flash is a superb budget alternative to the Minolta alternatives but is only suitable for their film cameras. Sony's SLR's are based on the later Minolta Digital SLR's and they're all incompatible with this flash.

The technical differences between the film and digital Minolta cameras explains why a Minolta 5600HS (for example) had to be redesigned and redesignated as a 5600HS(D). The former will not work on Sony Alpha models, but the latter is fully compatible.

2. I haven't managed to find a manual for this model in my stock room and failed to trace one online.
