Hitachi has leds on the power board that will light up with the different supplies to let you know which is not coming up. there are small yellow chemical fuses that look like a plain yellow/green resistor with no lines on it. you can check them with an ohm meter to find the blown one. sometimes E994 will blow on the 120v line and you'll find a little blue "gumdrop" cap with a burn mark in it that caused it. the cap is just to the right about 2 inches in front of the horizontal output transistor (big transistor (3 legs) on a large heatsink
