1. Change the monitor frequency My Computer----->Control Panel-------> Display-----.Refresh Rate tab (select one by one and check the game)

or

2. try to attach another monitor and check the game

Solution:
1. Boot in VGA mode by keep pressing F8 key during boot-up.
2. Un-install the display driver
3. Set the display settings to some supported value
4. Restart, install display (video) driver and set the appropriate settings which your monitor supports.
5. Restart again and it is Fixed.

If issue were same.
It means your monitor need to upgrade because some game frequence not supported by monitor. don't by any video card. It's your monitor fault.

If you want to check the monitor specification check the link

Actually, that isn't necessarily the case. Although it may be necessary to replace the current video card, the problem is arising from the game displaying a resolution that is out of the monitors capable range. I haven't played this particular game on PC, but it should either have a launcher that allows you to configure the video settings before starting the game, or a safemode capability. With one of the two of these, you should be able to set a resolution and refresh rate that your monitor can handle. A good way to do this if you aren't sure what your monitor is to check the resolution and refresh rate being used in Windows, and then just set it to that.

Download an updated video card driveror get a new video card. There are a lot of graphics on this game and your video card can't handle it.

Frequency out of range

Try to set the monitor refresh rate to Adapter Default despite of Optimal or lower rate of refresh. For this first download the manual of your monitor and check what is the highest refresh rate your monitor can suport. Then goto the display properties and set the adapter refresh rate to Adapter Default. In most cases such problem is solved. You did not mentioned the OS. This method is applicable in Windows only. Most of these kinds of problems are created by using the different version than the current version of your video card driver.

Check your video card company's website and download the specific video card driver for your devide's ID and It should resolve the proble,

Intstalled starlogic moniter to PC and got error message

Hi,
the "Out of Range" message usually appears when the video card is putting out a video resolution or frequency that the monitor isn't able to handle. You should reboot your computer and BEFORE the Windows screen shows up, press the F8 button once every half-second. THis will bring up the boot menu for Windows. Select "Enable VGA Mode" and press enter. THis will load Windows in VGA mode where the screen resolution will be 800x600 @ 60Hz. Any modern monitor is able to use this. Once you log into Windows with the basic video settings, you can go into the Display properties within Windows and bump up your resolution and frequency as needed.

Mitsubishi diamond pro 700 problems with screen pixles shrinking

Your monitor is overheated and has blown the tube. The only way to fix it is to throw it away and get a new one. Your not supposed to leave your monitor on all the time especially with a game just paused on the screen.

I had the same problem with my LG Flatron (not the same model as your one). I fixed it by connecting both the digital and analogue cables from the pc. Presumably, the problem occurs because the monitor is not receiving a digital signal.

Moniter says out of frequency set resolution lower or see user guide

The settings you need to change are actually on the computer's video hardware. Assuming you are using a Windows machine, right click anywhere on the desktop. Select Properties, then the Settings tab. You should see a resolution slider that you can adjust. There should be an Advanced button that will give you access to other settings that are possible with your hardware. This is where you can adjust the frequency.

If you are unable to see anything because of this problem then you may need to boot into Safe Mode to correct this. Let me know.

Good luck.

Monitor out of range

Most commonly, this problem is caused by an incorrect refresh rate setting. LCD monitors typically DO NOT support refresh rates higher than 60hz - and this is no exception. Try running the game in "safe mode" if it has one. Adjusting the in-game video settings should solve the problem, just look for a screen refresh rate or any video-related setting with a number followed by "hz". Set it to 60, everything should be fine.

It could also be that at some point the game changes resolution (this frequently occurs if there is an in-game movie or cut-scene). In this case the resolution settings for the in-game movie might be at fault, check them if you can.
