GE P7 Oven 2 burners out on stove top

I have a GE P7 oven with 2 of the 4 burners out. How do I get the top off so I can replace the heating element sockets? Also were can I purchase the heating element sockets? I don't suppose there is a repair manual for this stove.

The inside oven is not heating. The top burners are working fine.

If this is an electric oven, most likely the oven bake element has burnt out.
the model and serial number should be behind the bottom drawer,
most elements are held in with (2) 1/4 inch socket hex head screws.

Remember to unplug stove or shut off breaker before servicing.
The element can be slid out usually, then unplugged or remove
the back cover behind stove and unplug it from the wiring harness.
I hope this is useful

I take it when you mention burners you are refering to electrical hot plates?

If you have tested with 110V --even nthough it should be 240V then I can assume that the hob is working.

Possible cause is the regulator.

My GE Oven heating element and timer clock went

Try unplugging the oven and let sit for 10 min. This will reset the curcuit board and reboot the electronics. You may have to pull out the stove o get to the cord.
