The main reason this error will occur, is Nintendo's update servers are overloaded, and in this case you can just try again later. If you changed settings on a wireless router, such as the channel it broadcasts on, it may not like the Wii, and also cause this error. Other solutions can be located at Nintendo's support website. You need to re-download it through the Wii Shop Channel. Go to the Wii Shop Channel from your home screen with all the channels on it (it has a shopping cart icon probably). Click on "Start Shopping", then "Wii Channels", then scroll up or down until you can find Netflix, click it. Download it to your wii. When it's done, it will show up on the home screen, and you can log into your netflix account.

I guess you'll updating System menu to 4.2?By updating to system menu 4.2 you have killed homebrew on your wii...
FOR NOW. Most worryingly you no longer have a safe way to fix a brick
as bootmii and preloader have been pwnd!
There will likely be a fix/workaround out in the next month or 2 but untill then, Nintendo own your ***.
Bannerbomb - Doesn't work. Use Indiana Pwns or Comex's SmashStack beta. BootMii - BootMii will cease to exist. Wait for an update to the HackMii Installer. Homebrew Channel - It is uninstalled with this update. See above. cIOS - Popular piracy cIOS locations are stubs. Don't pirate. Preloader 0.29 - Not loaded any more due to IOS70 being used as the System Menu. Wait for an update.
Deletes most homebrew. Now uses IOS70. (No Preloader due to that) Wii Shop Channel updated. Use WiiSCU to update the shop channel. Most of the IOS's have been updated or stubbed. Updates
your boot2 to boot2v4 (what LU64+'s have). (That means no downgrading
of any IOS, and due to that, you can't revert back to your old System
Menu. So BootMii as boot2 installed is removed.)
yea you have to go to one of the channels if there is not one go to the wii shop channel and go to installations and install the internet and when its done intalling it (it may take a while) should work the internet with the wii isnt that fast and cant take on some websites (dont worry it can take youtube and its pretty fast on that website) sometimes when you chek the wii installations on the wii shop channel there will sometimes be new updates for internet channel (free)
i had the same problem, been looking for a fix for it for ages, and finaly i can say i found one. it worked for mine but cant be 100% sure it will for you but you can try it and if it does not work all you will get is a new game.
i managed to get a copy of the new SONIC AND SEGA ALL STARS RACING. when i put it in the wii it asked me to update.
i did this and i can know access my settings and everything where as before i could not.
hope this helps and please if it works pass it on to anybody you know that has this problem as i know how annoying it is not being able to use your wii properly.
