Question about HP OmniBook XE3 Notebook
My HP OmnibookXE3 is stuck. bought a used laptop only to find I cant get in. First the windows has a pass code, but I don't care I can wipe it and reload my windows. But now it wants a bios code. I turn it on and it gois to a enter code screen.
To remove the bios code take out the small watch size battery on the mother for like 2 minutes it will reset the the bios password

Click start run type cmd press Enter
black screen should open DOS mode
this will vary depending on your operating system
type in net user username
For eg. If you want to change administrator password , type net user Administrator
it will prompt you to enter the new password
enter the new password and the password is changed
