Uninstall. Access Eposon website, enter your printer unit details and you should find the latest up date for your printer. Download and follow instructions, leave printer turned on unless instruction say otherwise.! Fingers crossed!!
To reset the drum light press the following key's in sequence and as quickly as possible (with 4 seconds for the first 4 keys) Press "C" then the far left key (exposure mode) then the "C" key then the far left again. So in other words C, far left, C, far left
If done correctly the display should go blank. Then key in 24 as if you were going to make 24 copies. Now press the "print" button Now key in 7 as if you were making 7 copies Now press the print button again. You should now be getting flashing zero's on the display. Turn the machine off then on again and your drum light should be gone!
That is the drum replacement light reset it by pressing these keys: Clear, then the far left key, then Clear again then far left again.
So C, far left, C, far left
If done quickly like within 4 secomds the display should go blank. If so then key in 24 as if you were making 24 copies.
Now press the print button.
Now key in 7 and hit print again.
You should now be getting flashing zero's
Turn the machine off then on and the light should be gone and the copier is ready to use.
You can reset your drum life at least once with no problems.

It was a warm up problem. When the machine is down for an extended period, it takes about 10 minutes for it to warm up properly and the light will go off.
