Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3

Motorola Razr V3, no autoupdate for date and time?

Purchased an unlocked Motorola Razr V3 from ebay. Everything works fine, except that it doesn't seem to offer an autoupdate option for the date and time. I travel a ton for work and having to constantly adjust the time manually is a real pain. Any suggestions? Thank you!

The only way you're going to fix this is if you update your firmware. Check for some help on that.

seems as if you should go online to purchase some games then download to your phone. I do not think you have any games on the phone you purchased from EBAY....keep in mind it is not always good to purchase electronics on ebay.

you must first disable Autoupdate (turn it off) - go to settings>scroll to Initial Setup, (select this)>Time & Date (select this)>Autoupdate (set to OFF)>after you do this option will appear to change time to 12/24 hour....

Disable the "Automatic update" feature and set the clock manually.
To do this go to Menu, settings, initial setup, time and date, Autoupdate>Off, then set the clock and date.

Time display

Check the network time settings. If the phone time is "Set by network" maybe the network time servers are messed up. Set the time on the phone manually and see if the problem is fixed. If the phone is already set manually see if setting it to Set by network will force it to keep correct time, but the internal clock should be more stable than that. You may need to get a replacement if these tricks don't work.
