That's the same camera as in my last post, the one with battery problems. After fixing those the flash started not to work, instead the camera gives a e91:01 error code. The camera can take photos and other functions work properly. As I dissasembled the camera I noticed that the flash capacitor is fully charged, all components in place but still no flash. I can't relly on the services here, and also a would like a DIY solve as I have the proper tools to make this repair. Also, how to reset this camera? If it's firmware related, can a firmware upgrade be found?

- I maked the diagnostics again.. sorry the capacitor isn't charged at all. The camera fails to charge it. Could this be from the DC converters on the mainboard? However I still want to try reseting or having a firmware update.
-   I have bought the same W70 and am right now facing the same problem. I can take the snaps though but only without the Flash and the Error/Warning message shoots up E91 01. Is there no other way the problem can be dealt other than replacing the flash unit, cos i got this cam in London and right now i am in India.
