Re: Problem with my Visa Account re: Norton products
I was able to get a phone number for Norton Symantec (Anti virus protection) from my Internet provider. Westnet.com.au and the problem has been resolved. Thank you for emailing me back. This morning I was not sure what I was going to do. But all is well now. Thank You, Barbara Martin, Queensland, Australia.

Contact the proper customer support line. Only the company that sold you the product can give you a refund. If they refuse after explaining your situation you may be able to block the charge by contacting your credit card company.
If you downloaded the file you will need to find that file and just run the file. If you bought the 3 user license and are trying to install on a different computer you need to log on to your Symantic account and go to your products page and follow the directions to download and install the second copy. If you don't want to go throught eh download process again you can copy the file you originally downloaded to a cd or thumb drive and use that to install on the other computer. You will get the key when you go through the registration process.
It came with the program on a disk. The only place that you may receive a key, if you have not the box it came with is Norton through the symantic company who produces it.
