First of all in order to make a language change you will need to have the entire ROM memory of your PDA rewritten. It is similar with the windows OS for a computer. If you want all the interface in another language, you will need a specially created version of windows. Also, PDA's are skipped in one original language wich cannot be modified normaly. You will lose any guarantee or such related stuff if you attempt this. Also the RUU (ROM update utility) doesn't allow such actions, because it will check your pda ROM version and language before writting anything on it. For HP Ipaq series, I know of some sort of cracks to make the pda believe that the language being installed with a ROM version file is the same with what's inside. However with HTC as whell as MDA, XDA, VDA and so on (all made at HTC factory) you will need hexazecimal editing of the actual ROM file. The risks are hight because if something goes rong, it will render your pda pretty much useless and a further repair will be more expensive. In your case, the safest way is to try to have it fixed at a service center. If you however prefer to try to upgrade the ROM yourself (I pretty much don't recomand) I will try to assist you with the procedure, if I can find these ROM updates. Sorry for I can't give a more explicit answer, but if you have more questions feel free to ask. Good luck.
