Question about Agfa SnapScan 1212p Flatbed Scanner
My Agfa 1212 scanner has been faithful for seven years. Now it will not scan and there is a window telling me that the computer could not find the scanner. What to do? Everything seems to be plugged in and the little green light on the scanner is on. Motti
Motti, Have you tried a new cable(USB)from the scanner to the computer.? Does the scanner try to scan something from the unit itself? and just has no communication with the computer. You may also try to uninstall the scanner and software...then rehook the scanner and try to reinstall. Otherwise to be honest there are alot of inexpensive scanners available now that probably don't cost more than the cable. Let me know what happens. Good Luck, Tim
