That is correct, either you have a bad relay or the compressor is shot.

ll that check out then read voltage through the relay to confirm that the compressor is recieving 120 volts...if it isn't and you have 120 volts going to the realy then your relay is bad. If there is 120 volts going through the relay to the compressor then your compressor is stuck (shot)

E4 - Fridge thermistor short circuit. is for a Cannon appliances error code, however it is possible that the two appliances have the same code.

If the code happens sporadically , and the frodge works, it can be a malfunction on the control assembly.

Beko should have same hotpoint codes, see

    how to mend it
Then it is an E4 - Fridge thermistor short circuit error, if the fridge is working, that means that the thermistor is fine, otherwise you get poor cooling or icing up and food freezing in the fridge compartments.
This is probably a little control panel malfunction, should the fridge start having cooling problems, and E4 comes up, then test and replace the thermistor, if it works, leave it.

If you are in UK call Beko at : 0870 241 0638

My mothers beko fridge freezer making bubbling sound

Sounds like the evaporator fan is doing its job. Nothing to worry about. Good hearing is a blessing all fridges make different sounds some click loud while others gurgle loud. Some pop and snap. Till I got my hearing aids I didn't know mine ran so loud and clicked.

i assume this is a frost-free type.
remove the back panel inside the freezer and check if the pipework is frozen up. if so, melt the ice off with a hairdryer and get back to me for further details

Fault e8 displayed on beko ap930 fridge freezer

I had the same error message and the ice cube dispenser stopped working. On examining the workings, I found that the wire that should have been connected to the ice cube tray had sheared somehow (???) - a simple splice with lots of insulation tape has apparently fixed the problem.

Beko AP930 with Error code E0 in LHS of display .... what does this mean ? .... nothing in manual

Error codes are printed on underside of plastic cover on top of fridge. Warning electrical components inside! Error code E0 is the FREEZER door not being recognised as closed, switches are normally ok may be problem with printed circuit board. Freezer will work as normal but engineer should be called.

yes it can b fixed is the fridge running ? if it is it will need re gasing which is a common fault with beko and you should not pay more than £40 for the re gas if it is not running it will b either your thermastat which again you should nt pay more than £48 4 or the compressor which will b aprox £120 supply and fit none of the above should b done by a novice good luck
