Question about Linksys Ultra RangePlus Wireless Routr Router
Can a HP desktop with an Ethernet card but no 802.11 capability that
I know of be connected with an Acer notebook that has 802.11b/g using this router? Or is this a dumb question?
If it has an ethenet or nic card it can be connected to a router. Not a dumb question at all. As long as you have multiple ports you can connect both the desktop and laptop. Just make sure in your control panel, network connections, that your network connections are enabled. The B/G is the speed your router can put out
