Hi, the problem that his equipment presents is totally different and resides basically in the failure of the operating system or in the failure of the hard disk, reason for which the data disappears of his equipment or of his hard disk. Reset hard disk whit the recovery disk

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I have trouble when typing. The letters skip all over text.

Do you have a small button on the top side of the touch pad that will allow you to turn off the mouse? I bet that you are accidently touching the mouse pad with your thumb while you are typing, and this is causing your problem. I have the same problem if I do not turn off the touch pad on my laptop.

Good luck, and please rate me, OK?

The letter w is appearing after every letter I type

I am assuming you are using XP and not Vista, follow these instructions to check the keyboard

Go to Start/Control Panel/Regional and Language Options/languages/settings

Look at the top drop down choices and make sure the keyboard input text is in the language for your country

Vista is a similar operation. Just follow your nose
