Question about Computers & Internet
Currently getting error message: Messenger Failure when trying to open live TV in media center. Also getting Media Center component registration may have failed. Recently installed Norton Antivirus. Also running Windows Service Pack 3.
Look at the alerts in the security and firewall of Norton antivirus. It might be blocking it. also keep an eye on your bottom right corner when you attempt the live TV. Norton may be alerting you about the blocks in that area. Make sure you allow those connections. I would check Norton firewall and security before messing with the Windows firewall.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
