Question about Audio Players & Recorders
I have a new generation nano. It just all of a sudden stopped working. It will not come on anymore and the battery is fully charged. I've tried charging it with the AC and USB chargers. will not turn on &computer will not recognize it.
Hold the menu and select button for six seconds and pray it works, otherwise it may be a software malfunction.

Do the 5 R's suggested in the user's manual first. If those fail, then the player has an internal problem and needs to be replaced.
