Unplug the stove, and plug it back. or you can set the oven for self cleaning and when is done the latch will replace.

Oven is locked and I can't open it

Try setting back into the selfclean mode. The door should finalize the locking action after which you can cancel selfclean and it should then unlock. If this doesn't do it, the locking mechanism could be disengaged (broken), which will require an experienced tech to open the door for you for temporary use until a repair part is installed.

If you want to try unlatching it manually, try a THICK coat hanger. Bend one end at a 90 degree angle. With it at a horizontal position, insert it over the top edge of the door 2 inches to the right of center, rotate it 90 degrees (so the bent end is pointing straight down) and slowly pull it to the left in an attempt to pull the latch hook to the open position. You will have to "wiggle" the door slightly as you pull the latch. Use caution not to jam the hanger in place and PLEASE TURN OFF THE POWER BEFORE ATTEMPTING ANY DO-IT-YOURSELF REPAIRS.
Good luck.
