It doesn't take photos but the camera icon is to take screen shots (picture of your screen). It could be useful if you want to teach someone how to use the satnav or to send garmin a screen shot if there's something wrong with your satnav. When you take a screen shot it's stored in the screenshots folder of your satnav.

screen shots is when you live the pc screen without doing any work the screen shot will start as screen saver(collection of pictures is called as screen shots)....
this may be problem of low memory in your pc phone... or this screen shots are not supported by your phone....
better try by changing any other screen shots..........

To Enable Screen Shot go to Menu .... Settings.... Display .... on the Screen Shot tab if Disabled press it to Enable.... a camera will show up on your map screen, if you want to take a picture of the area you are in press the Camera Icon on screen




To take a screen shot, touch Enable. then touch the camera button to take a picture of a screen. the pictures are saved in the scm folder of the Garmin drive

Here is your solution with some of screen shot's you need to do is just follow the instruction mentioned below accordingly and even go through the screen shot's even i had mentioned in screen shot's what you need to do and how to do it.

1. Open your web browser ( Internet Explorer )
2. Go to the tool's menu and click on it.(shown in screen shot1 )
3. As soon as it's pop up menu get open click on Internet Options ( shown in screen shot1 )
4. In that menu click on Internet and Low down the level of Security Zone.
5. After that click on Trusted Sites options.( Shown in screen shot 4 )
6. In that as well change the security level and click on Sites tab and follow instruction as given in Screen shot 4 & 5 )

As you follow the Instruction perfactly you wont face this problem in future or if incase it happen you know what to do and how to do.
