I have a brother mfc 490cw. I have only printed from microsoft word. But whenever I print a page it runs another page reporting the file name, directory, template title, subject, author, keyword, comments...

Hi there!
The issue that you are having is because of the settings on your Microsoft Word. Here's what you can do to resolve the issue.
  1. Open the document you want to print on Microsoft Word. Click on the Orb icon on the upper left hand corner which is also called the Office button.
  2. Click on Print and click on Print again. The Print window should be open by now.
  3. On the lower left hand corner of the print window you will see the options button. Click on the Options button. You should now have the Word Options window.
  4. On the Word Options window. Click Display from the Left panel, you should see Printing Options.
  5. Make sure that under Printing Options only Print Drawings created in Word is Checked and leave the others unchecked. Click OK. Click OK again. This should print your document without the other page.
Hope this helps! Have a Good day!

I have listed something on Ebay and it doesnt give me the option to put a reserve price

Here's how you can put a reserve price in your listing, follow these steps:
First, if you are lisitng an item using the Simple Form you need to switch to form with more choices first. In the Create your listing form please click the "Switch to form with more choices" link that you will see on the upper right hand corner of the Create Your Listing page. Then follow the steps below:
1. On Create your listing/Edit your listing page, scroll down and look for "Choose how you'd like to sell your item" section on yellow orange background.
2. Click on "Add or remove options" link within the same section.
3. Click "Set a minimum selling price for your item" for Reserve price and the "Save" button after.
4. This will appear: "No Reserve price set for this item. Change"
5. Click on Change to put a Reserve Price. Then click on Save button.
