when i use the stylus pen the writing appears in a different place i tried to set the calibrate touch screen but it just keeps moving the red cross around the screen all the time every time i touch the cross it just moves to a different spot on the screen

- I go to play my babys game one and when i try to feed the baby, i cant! you have to do this maze but i cant see where my stylus is.. so now its almost impossible to play any of my games! (or atleast really hard) I try to calibrat it but it takes me 10-20 mins and never works. and when it does work, its about as bad as the last time... OMG I HATE MY DS!- heatherxxo

- My DS is quite old now, and when I went on PictoChat the other day, I couldnt seem to write. It is so out of line!! The 'Calibrate Touch Screen' thing doesnt work and I am using it allot at the moment. Can anybody help??- Guest

- everytime i go to click on the calibrate touch screen setting and i go and tap the center of the mark with the stylus i allways end up doing it for hours

when you turn your nintendo on you have a health and safety screen touch it and it will come up with your homepag. use the arrows to get to the bottom middle button. this will look like a nintendo with a box around it.press a when you have got it. move across to the last button and press a again. thn click twice on the screen and it will be in the middle then press enter

Actually, the red cross's movement is part of the calibration. Continue clicking each individual red cross until you get a confirmation notion notice.

In order to calibrate the touch screen, the DS needs to know where certain areas of the touch screen are relative to the actual display. Basically, you're not really controlling the display. You are interacting with a hidden interface, which is the touch screen. But in order for you to "interact" with what you are seeing, the touch screen is laid across the display.

When i play on my games i go to touch something and i end up clicking on the wrong thing.

I have the exact same problem. Please someone help. It is a HUGE problem and I can not calibrate the screen because it is off so far,literally an inch. I keep pressing the middle,but it won`t move because the calibration is so far off I am not pressing that +,the screen is not comprehending that I am. i`m 13 and I can`t buy a new one,and I can not ask for another for Christmas. I just really want this fixed. Someone with an actual,working solution would be appreciated.
