Question about Lexmark X1150 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Got a new computer. downloaded the printer. it says that it is ready to print but when i try to print it gives an error message that it isn't communicating and offline. have downloaded adobe reader unplugged and replugged usb ports front and back. what next?
Your next plan of action should be to let the printer reset its self. Unplug the printer for a few minutes then plug it back in. Turn printer on and try to print something. If this does not work then what i would do is use add remove programs and remove the software and drivers for the printer and re install them again. Read and use the manufactures recomended way of installing your new printer. Start off with printer unplugged and usb unplugged then begin as if you bought it brand new. I cant stress enough how important following the manufactures instructions are.
