Check out this setting for Copper color in Paint :
Hue: 27 Sat: 127 Lum: 124
Let me know if this fullfil your requirement. Otherwise you can edit the color yourself by clicing on Colors Menu --> Edit Colors --> Define Customs Color --> Then move the cursor to select the Color.
You can add this color in the Color Pallete to get in work. Let me know if you face difficulty, I will assist you further .
Vote if you get the exact solution for which you are looking for.

The color is not working properly on the computer

Often when colors dissapear the reason is a broken cable, between the computer and the monitor, try another cable / monitor to see if the problem is solved, if not, then the problem is either your graphics card or the settings on your computer, it is possible to adjust them so that you don't get red color for example at all.

I get a pop up with a RED CONTRAST screen every few minutes It sometimes goes away if I push the contrast button on my Dell monitor. but it will usually come right back. I have tried everything to stop...

You can try the monitor on another computer to verify it is the monitor and not the display card at fault.

I'm assuming this is an LCD monitor. If you are sure the monitor is the problem, then your monitor's display driver circuit is probably getting close to failing. When one of the three colors (red, green, blue) becomes intermittent, the screen takes on the hue of the working colors. In your case it sounds like the blue is starting to fail.

A repair technician may be able to replace the circuit.

Which ram goes where?

Hi, There is no particular order from which you would put your RAM sticks into those slots. however, if the Slots are color coded (2 reds, 2 whites for example), you should put the same sticks in the same color. so make sure those 512mb sticks are both in red and your 1 gb sticks are both in white (colors were just set for example, actual ram slot color may vary). Those color coding were done to use the dual channel pairing of RAM sticks so the same type and speed of RAM sticks should be placed on same colored slots.

I HAVE ONE MOTHER BOARD MS--639O VER:30B AND

HP motherboards are made by a motherboard manufacturer, for HP.

Typically Asus and Foxconn.

These manufacturers are the only ones, that would have direct values given for components used on that motherboard.

For example such as the capacitor's coded c212, and c209. (Code stamped on the motherboard next to the component)

Same thing with resistor's r9, r10, r12, and r13. However, the value should be coded on those resistors, just like any resistor. Use the color bands.

A lot of times Electrolytic Capacitors that are of cheap quality, are not marked except for a manufacturer code marking. By the Electrolytic Capacitor manufacturer.

You may, or may not have luck in finding what that manufacturers code is.
First thing you need to find is what manufacturer it is.

Generally, manufacturers use a symbol for their name. Sometimes they stamp their name. Example Sanyo.
From there you can find out the needed information.
I believe the following article may help you in your endeavor,

http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/595/2

(The above is Page 2. You may wish to start at the beginning of the article, also.

At the bottom of the written text, you'll see 1, 2, 3, and 4 in blue for the page numbers)

You can also tell me what you see on those capacitors, and I'll try to help identify them, and their values.
Just post this information in a Comment.

back of the computer. Should be a color coded plug There should be a little Microphone like picture on it.. Most major PC's have this.

Red hue and distorted picture

Normally a discolored hue and skewed picture is cause by a faulty connection between the computer and the monitor. Check to make sure your VGA/DVI connectionas are not loose and if needed try swapping the cable.
