I bought this mouse in may.it worked fine but then it wont let me scrool down,It will scrool down and then bounce right back i don't have my receipt or i would take it back and get a new one.

And the batteries are new, and from he same batch? never use different batteries in one device. Then is the mouse clean on the underside? no dust or debris close or on the lens?
Are you using a mobile phone close to the mouse? or did you recently install another wireless router? They too can spoil the fun, because the use the same frequency as your mouse.

The light on the transmitter is no longer on, but if I put it close to my keyboard and mouse, they work fine..Is there a battery in the transmitter that controls the signal strength??

The light doesn't need to be on to work. the lights on the transmitter indecate if the number or cap lock is on or if the mouse or keyboard batteries are low.

The batteries died on my cordless mouse. My

Make sure that the switch is turned ON after replacing the battery. If it's ON, try holding down the connect button on the USB receiver (that's connected to the computer) and then hold down the connect button underneath the mouse AT THE SAME TIME for 5 seconds and release them both.

If same problem occurs, make sure that there are no possible wireless interference near the mouse. Example, base of a cordless phone or a mobile phones. These devices' signal might interfere with the wireless signal of your mouse.

Thank you!

Mouse Is Recongnized but wont Move

On the bottom of the mouse is a little tiny button that say: connect or reconnect. Place the mouse close to the transmitter dongle (the do hicky comes out of a USB) and look for that button on the transmitter and the mouse to reconnect the signal.
(batteries are good ?)

Wireless mouse

Hi,
f you find the little reset button on the base, or between the buttons, and push it in, using a pencil or something, and hold for a few seconds, you'll find it'll work now.
Otherwise, replace the batteries.

Hope this helps

Change batteries in my wireless mouse

There should be a battery compartment on the bottom of your mouse. It might have a small screw holding it in place. Open & remove old battery, replace with fresh battery. Hope this helps & please remember to rate my answer. Thanks.

I have to change batteries constantly - always new ones -

Try cleaning the battery contacts inside the mouse with cotton and isopropyl alcohol, be careful not to spread liquid, or leave hair.
