Question about Microtek ScanMaker 3600 Flatbed Scanner
My Scanmaker 360 now has a red light bar, not bright white. It does scan, but poorly. can i get a new "bulb"?

I have one with the same problem. Look at the lamp. If it isn't really bright, that could be the cause. Mine is bright at one end and that is the side of the page that is good. I am not an expert so I could be wrong, but that is where to start if all else looks OK. Am looking for a cheap replacement lamp myself. But at the prices of all-in-ones, it's not worth spending much.
