Not turning on

My tv is not going on. the green light is flashing but nothing is on the screen. What do i do?????

This sounds like your flyback unit has gone bad the part is around $70.00 but the labor is going to be around $350.00 or more

yes u will have to get a expert in but here is a guide to help your tv is going into protect mode if the screen is flashing green with white lines in it its likely that the green tube is faulty this is very expensive & u my want to purchase something else.

TV won't turn on


you need to replace the lamp in your tv, it is easy and you can do it. Look on the sides of the set for a door labled lamp, with the set unplugged open it up and remove the lamp, if the bulb is out it will have lots of glass in the lens

Green flashes then tv turns off


or a new lamp. you could first replace the lamp.
the screen might work fine for a couple of seconds, but then it fades away or deteriorates. This means the lamp is going bad.
