Kenwood kmix blx50 will not work believe liquid has entered system.fuse has been checked,any advise?

Very few blenders pump and pressurise. Try asking the same question in the coffee maker department and make sure you include brand and model.

There is a name plate, it is glued on so you need to prise it off. Underneath is a tab - press it along with the other two on the side and the motor assembly slides out.

That kenwood is a UK model so if your in the US it's tough to source. The ring you need should have an outside diameter of 76 mm and an inside diamete of 56 mm.

I would suggest just replacing it. It can become a shock hazard in its current conditon.

You will need a special wrench to remove blade assembly.
then the gasket/seal is inexpensive.

hi there, i have one of these and am quite tech savvy and want open
the sucker up and see whats wrong. Just would rather open it with
minimum damage to the casing.

Seal under blade Assembly, on shaft leaks, allows liquid to enter bearing, which then fails, creates heat and overheats rubber, thus the smell. Bearing and seal must be replaced.
