Have you tried to de-scale your coffe-maker, and rinse it thoroughly?

If yes, according to the user manual, page 15
You should call Keurig for support when it still says "add water"

Try this, if it works it will mean not having to have your Keurig serviced or replaced. If it is less than a year old, it should be under the factory warranty. You should give them a call if cleaning it does not work.

Hi, The magnet on the side of the water container is stuck in the down position...give it a whack...

Keurigs are ment to have water at the ready... otherwise... you might as well get a Mr. Coffee...
any Mr. Coffee will brew a cup of coffee... use a heaping teaspoon and add 12 oz or water...
