Question about HP Pavilion ze2000 Notebook
The charger gets very hot while charging and has started to melt the tip of the charger. i got a new charger and battery but still have the same problem. I don't want it to keep overheating but don't know what to do about it.
CHECK THE POWER OUTPUT RATING ON YOUR POWER SUPPLY AND SEE IF IT IS HIGHER THAN THE COMPUTERS POWER RATING, THIS INFO IS ON BOTH THE LABELS OF THE COMPUTER AND SUPPLY, IF ONE IS HIGHER THAN THE OTHER THAT WOULD EXPLAIN THE OVERHEAT, IF THAT IS NOT THE CASE, THEN GO TO ACERS TROUBLESHOOTERS WEBSITE OR CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY FOR HELP...
