CHECK THE POWER OUTPUT RATING ON YOUR POWER SUPPLY AND SEE IF IT IS HIGHER THAN THE COMPUTERS POWER RATING, THIS INFO IS ON BOTH THE LABELS OF THE COMPUTER AND SUPPLY, IF ONE IS HIGHER THAN THE OTHER THAT WOULD EXPLAIN THE OVERHEAT, IF THAT IS NOT THE CASE, THEN GO TO ACERS TROUBLESHOOTERS WEBSITE OR CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY FOR HELP... No power on HP Pavilion ze2000

This can be a problem with the power supply of the computer already that may need a replacement, you can buy a new power supply and put it in this computer or take it to a repair center near you..

Hope that helps..........

The problem maybe with the electrical circuit. Find an electrician to check it.

Charger overheating and melting the tip, Irregular charging

First, Check for damage (frays, tears, melting, or cracks in/on the insulation) on the power unit from tip to wall socket. If all looks well then I would check the voltage on the power unit by using a voltmeter. If it's within manufacturer printings on the box, then you might have a possible short.

Hope this helps.

HP home edition ze2308wm keeps seitching from AC to battery

The soldier holding the DC jack on the machine has broken loose. If you can, you should take it back to the place you had fix the jack and have them resoldier it. These are very small connection points, and if they don't get the soldier in there good, will break loose. It's a common occurrence, I've had it happen to a few of my soldier jobs, they should take care of it. Be careful with the way it is now, you can do severe damage if the connection point gaps and creates an electrical arch. I would suggest not using it until you get it fixed.
