Harmonic noise left front

humming tyre noise changes with different road surfaces so if it doesn't change it is not tyres
most humming noise is harmonic vibration of drive shafts/ lines so check cv joints , "U" joints, bent drive shafts
wheel bearings etc

What is a Harmonic Balancer?
The Harmonic Balancer, or vibration damper, is a component connected directly to the front of the engine on the crankshaft. Its sole purpose is to reduce torsional vibrations created by the engine as the cylinders fire.

What causes Harmonic Balancer failure?
There are a variety of possible causes for balancer failure. Most common among these are heat stress, wear from road salt, oil leak, or ozone attacking the rubber components, damage inflicted by road debris, crankshaft failure, stress from integrated drive pulleys, and stress caused by loads from other devices such as power steering pump, AC compressor, alternator, air pump, and water pump.

Wheel bearing brother, does the noise go away when you veer to the left or right? Quiet veering right?( it's the TT wheel bearing), quiet veering left, ( left bearing is culprit

if it changes when turning right or left it is a wheel bearing if noise does not change when turning try rotating tires from front to rear and see if it goes away as it may just be tire noise

Could be your harmonic balancer Rubber is bad.

to possible answers
the axles are new and the cv joints mat be firm resulting in noise transmission through failing engine mounts ( unlikely but possible )
the tread pattern may be the cause of the noise especially if the tyre pressure is incorrect
Take it back to the shop and take them for a road test to see if they can find the reason
when drive axles have to replaced , it generally means that the front lower arms have to be disconnected so a wheel alignment may also be in order

you have a bad left rear wheel bearing. get the back tires off of the ground and spin the tires. you should be able to hear the growling bearing.

yes the loud road noise would be a front wheel bearing i check these by jacking the car and on stands then spin wheel by hand and other hand hold on the strut spring when feel a hard drag or meatlal to meatal feel that is the bad wheel bearing good luck

look at the front lower engine mount. I had similar noise which has been driving me nuts, thought may be thesway bar links, put it on friends hoist and saw that the front engine mount (mounted to bottom of lower radiator support) was cracked and the rubber bushing inside very worn with pieces missing. odd thing is that reving, or putting into gear never caused it to make a noise, just certain bumps. I ordered part from Autozone,hopefully it gets here before the holiday week end is over.

it could be tht the exhaust pipe is loose and therefor makes shaking and kinda banging noise. hope i helped! ;-)
