Question about Printers & Copiers
I am getting approx. 20 color pages per cartridge. I am told I should get much more. Is it a printer problem? Or is it an operator problem? I have purchased cartridges from both Office Max and Kmart, only Hp brand. Any ideas?
Check the capacity of the ink cartridges (in ml). HP usually has high-yield cartridges which cost more, but have more ink. Also check your printing preferences to see what your quality setting is. Draft quality is fine for most text and saves alot of ink, Normal or High is only needed for photo printing. I believe Normal is the default.
