Question about HP Printers & Copiers

HP Deskjet F4100 All-in-one series. The cartridge problem light has just started flashing although the cartridges are full and were changed recently, and worked OK for a while. They were TESCO replacements.

Check to see usualy the colour one fails then the printer will stall, check the contacts behind both cartridges for no spilled ink, if not replace cartridges original stays the best....

Out of paper light flashes even after paper is loaded

Flashing resume light also can mean:

1. cartridge is missing or an incorrect print cartridge is installed
2. cartridge is out of ink
3. dirty cartridge contacts
4. paper jammed

Check are cartridges firmly snapped into place and not empty. Use water to wash copper on cartridges if contacts are dirty.

She is correct, use only GENUINE HP ink carts, then your printer will work again. THIS IS HOW HP MAKES THEIR MONEY, they don't care about the printer itself.
