You didn't mention which OS you need the drivers for. Intel does not support windows 7 drivers for that board. You can try the Belarc Advisor (http://www.belarc.com)utility to see if it can identify the exact audio chip used to see if the vendor has a driver. If that doesn't work, then try http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect/dsktpboards to see if their utility to identify updates and drivers is of any help.
The only drivers ASUS has available for this board are for XP and earlier. If they don't work with Windows 7, you have two options. One is to install a PCI audio card in an open slot. Any new board should work with W7. The other is to use a USB sound adapter so you don't have to open the computer case. Either of these methods will get your sound back.

yh i had all of them problems i cannot get my head around the video card one dose yores say reinstall driver on the video driver so i will give u the link for the sound driver go to google and type in realtek sound driver download and enjoy
