Since installing ilo system check up cannot install windows updates ?

The Nokia e71 uses a system called Symbian, unfortunately it is not compatible with Android as of now.

Go to control panel and uninstall it and install it again from

Visit the Logitech website and browse the photo gallery for your model and click on the photo to navigate to the support page.
Note - Older models on page 2 - look for the link at the bottom right of page 1 and click on it "Still can't find your product?"

In addition to the Logitech installer you will need to check the support software - Microsoft DirectX . This comes pre-loaded on most Windows computers but has to be updated - I am currently on version 11
To start the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, Hold down the windows key - with the flag - press R
Type......... dxdiag ......in the Open box, and then click OK
Run through the tabs checking the 'notes' windows for information
The version will be shown on the 'Systems' tab

Procedure to re-install Logitech software
Close all programs while uninstalling - downloading and uploading software
Disconnect your webcam
Uninstall the current webcam software on your computer
Restart computer
Download the Installation package from Logitech
Run the installer and choose your options during the installation - You may not want Logitech Chat but the Desktop icon for the webcam toolbar is a must.
Connect your webcam when prompted.

It's unlikely to be this, but check that you have enough hard-disk space first.

Assuming that's OK, you can UNDO Windows Updates. Go to Start>Control Panel>Programs and Features. In the left hand column there is an option for "View installed updates". Click on this and you will see a list of previously installed Windows updates. Using the RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON, click on the update that caused your problem and you will see the option to uninstall.

That should solve your problem. I would also change your Windows Update preference to "Download updates but let me choose whether to install them". If you don't you will receive the same update again next time Windows Update runs.

The update you are talking about is for windows live photo gallery, Its not a needed update unless you are having issues when trying to view photos

I would suggest that you not worry about it unless you do need it, if you do then try installing it manually

Uninstall Photosmart Esential and associate jpeg files with Windows Photo Gallery. This is so typical of HP.

for scanning u dont need photo gallery, if u have director then its enough. Bye the bye which is ur system, if its vista several answers are provided in the preceeding sections. if on xp u can either use director or windows picture viewer to acquire the images, photogallery is just for arranging ur photos and all that u scan. And it can be downloaded from hp website.

Try to scan from windows photo gallery it may work......................
