Question about Televison & Video
Yes it can definately be reset with the service remote, all the newer models will reset with the mute and enter simultaneous buttons. I would try to call a local service center and see if they have the remote and how much they'd charge to come reset it. I know we charge a lot to come out, but if you brought the tv in (i know not the prefered method) we would just quick reset it for free. The mute + enter lamp reset is in no service manuals or training guides so I'm not positive it will work but I'd try it a few more times because I'm pretty sure it works on the wlcd models.
