Question about DVD & Blu-Ray Players
By what I have researched the vr370 doesn't have much information on it by way of unlocking the system...I have the vr375 which is the modle able to record BOTH dvd and vcr formats. I changed my region 4 player a year ago, but had to have it repaired and lost the setting. I have, however, found what I used online, and it is now playing my region 1 discs again!
1/Turn machine on without disc inside
2/Press menu button
3/Enter your current region code (See below for list)
4/confirmation of the current 'region area number' will appear in the upper right corner of the TV screen (some players)
5/Press 9 to change the region number to multi-regional
6/Turn machine off
R1 - 29334
R2 - 38767 or, 5 7 5 3 8
R3 - 56732
R4 - 76884
R5 - 53814
R6 - 24462
I hope this helps :)

What a load of ****! this does not work at all! for one thing once you go into the menu there's nowhere to put your "region code" (or change it for that matter) a complete waste of time just as I thought.
