Question about Dell 962 Photo All-In-One InkJet Printer
I replace with official dell cartridges, but to no avail. It will not let the ink flow
Remove the ink cartridges and look at the bottom of the cartridges themselves and make sure that there is not any tape or ink residue covering the copper contacts. With alcohol and a cotton swab scrub the inside of the carriage thoroughly. Remove any ink residue from the copper contacts while cleaning, and make sure that the ribbon cable that attaches to the print head is attached and not damaged in any way.
