Turn on cell phone. activate bluetooth. press right button to search for bluetooth devices. Then press the on button and the volume UP button at the same time on the Jabra headset. The cell phone then finds the device. put in the password/pin (usually 0000). and voila! it works

It cannot detect your bluetooth because the headset is still inpairing mode, you should unpair the headset to your mobile first, just press and hold the answer button for two seconds until the bluetooth led is blinking. it should now detect your headset.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How do you pair bluetooth wireless headset to a 2016 UHD series 6 Samsung TV?

Tip & How-To about Miscellaneous
Pairing Bluetooth Devices Posters often ask "How do I pair my Bluetooth ???" Insert whatever device you have at the question marks.

Generally, you need to read the instructions for the camera, headset, speakers or whatever the Bluetooth device is.

Roughly speaking though.

Settings - Bluetooth - Search, on the Android, iPhone, Windows phone, Smart Television, whatever.

With camera, speaker, headphones or whatever the Bluetooth device is, you have to press a button on that device to send out the signal. On my Bowers and Wilkins T6 Speakers, there is a button on the top with the Bluetooth symbol on it. This is the part people usually don't do and ask for advice, thinking it will do this automatically.

When the Android device recognises it, click Pair, and if it asks for a code, the Default is '0000', (four zeros, no quotes).

Turn on Bluetooth headset and Blackberry hand-held.2

  • Enable the Bluetooth radio by going to the options window and clicking on Bluetooth. Click on Enable Bluetooth in that window.3)Add your Bluetooth headset to your Blackberry by clicking on Add Device in the Bluetooth window.4)Find and select the name of your Bluetooth headset from the list that appears. The Blackberry will search for all Bluetooth devices within range, so other devices might show up on the list.5)Click Activate Bluetooth device if you receive a call and the Bluetooth headset does not pick up automatically

    Pairing Your Headphones and Phone/Device

    1 Turn on your phone’s or device’s Bluetooth® feature.
2 With the headphones powered off, press and hold the Power/Pairing button until the LED indicator flashes blue and red.
3 Use the phone or device menu to search for the Bluetooth headphones and select 9xxBackBeat.
See your phone’s or device’s user guide for more information.
4 If prompted, enter 0000 for the PIN code/passkey.

Motorola S805 headset worked fine with T60 laptop

Solution I found with the same devices is to properly par the devices.

    Refer http://direct.motorola.com/ens/s805/QuickstartGuide.pdf

    It basically states :

1.Ensure the headphones are turned off (L indicator light not blinking).
2.Press and hold L button. After about 6 seconds, the L indicator light becomes steadily lit.
3.Release the L button. The L indicator light remains steadily lit.

If the L indicator light is flashing or not steadily lit, repeat steps 1 through 3

    Now on the T60:

Search for Bluetooth Devices as you would normally.
The T60 lists Bluetooth devices it finds.
    Select Motorola S805.
Select OK or Yes to pair your headphones
    with your phone.
    Enter the passkey: 0000
    Select OK.
    When your headphones successfully pair
with your phone, the L indicator light
changes from steadily lit to rapidly flashing.

That's it next time you start a audio program on T60 output will be sent to Motorola Headphones

    Bluetooth Troubleshooting: Phones & Headsets

    Problem #1:
Headset and phone are turned on, but you don't hear anything in the headset, i.e., there is no dial tone.
Action #1: Make sure your phone is Bluetooth-capable. If it is not: A. Buy a new Bluetooth-capable phone. B. Purchase a Bluetooth adapter for your non-Bluetooth phone. The adapter will allow your phone to interact with a Bluetooth headset.

    Problem #2:
It's a Bluetooth-capable phone and Bluetooth headset, both are turned on, but you still don't hear anything.
Action #2: Make sure your phone, headset, and, if necessary, adapter are fully charged before attempting to synch the Bluetooth connection between the two devices - in many cases a blinking blue light will indicate the headset is charged.

    Problem #3:
Everything is charged, but still not working.
Action #3:Before two Bluetooth-enabled devices can communicate with each other, they need to be initially synched up to each other - also referred to as linking or pairing.
    A. Find "Communications" or "Connections" on your phone's menu screen and explore within to locate "New" or "Bluetooth."
    B. Push the main button on the headset until the light shines solid blue and is NOT blinking. C. Select Bluetooth on phone menu. Within Bluetooth you may need to select and highlight "Devices" or "Find Devices" (depending on where you are, there may be other Bluetooth devices available).
    D. While the headset light is solid blue, open the Bluetooth link (or Find Devices) on your phone's menu screen and scroll through until you locate the headset you wish to synch up to. Your phone will automatically begin searching for Bluetooth devices within 30 feet of itself.
    E. After a short period of time, your menu screen should say "connected" or "devices paired". Make sure you click or select the device name to finalize the connection. If you have successfully paired the two devices, you will hear a dial tone in the headset. Congratulations! You've joined the Bluetooth world.

Note: After a couple of minutes showing solid blue, the light on the headset will start blinking; you want to pair up the phone and headset while the light is still unblinking. This is important. If the light starts blinking before you can complete the connection, you will need to turn the headset off and on and start over.
    Problem #4:
You've followed all the instructions in this guide, and your Bluetooth connection is still not functioning properly.
Action #4: Take out your manual and carefully reread the section on synching up Bluetooth devices. If you still can't get things properly connected, we suggest you call the manufacturer regarding this issue.
