Take out the radiotor - 1999 Toyota RAV4

remove the thermostat and see if it still does the same. if it does, then you have a blown head gasket or a cracked head. if the temperature stays low without a thermostat and it does not throw coolant out then replace the thermostat with a new one.

no just slip belt around fan to install, you may have to spin fan slowly around whil slipping belt over it.

undo dublee clips on both ends of hose and remove

you got air lock need to get funnel for radiotor

well while it may have just been a one thing to another issue by the vehicle overheating it is possible that the original problem was the headgasket leaking which in turn caused the problems in the first place . it is even possiblre that you never needed a radiotor but i can not state this for fact , if the original problem with the vehicle was that the radiotor fluid was leaking I would go with the headgasket being the first problem which caused the secondary problems suchh as the pump and radiator

Don't buy it, you don't know what happened after the hose broke.

There is no radiator cap on this car, the radiator is a sealed unit with the over flow tank and the pressure cap and the cap for the overflow tank is one and the same, and is located on the passenger side of the engine compartment. and is rated at 16 psi. It is set up like this due to the fact that the overflow tank is the highest point in the cooling system.
